  • How to dismantle NukeProof Neutron flat pedals?

    Hi,
After almost a year one of my flats became very stiff almost seized – definitely needs attention.
Did try to dismantle but went as far as unscrewing two bits from outer site but no idea how to get to te bearings etc.

    Any advise?

    Cheers

Basquemtb have a video review where they dismantle them. You just need the right socket.

Yeah, you need a fairly skinny socket, think it is a 9mm? My good tool sets won’t do it, I found one in a cheapo kit that fits.

    Thanks a lot!

That was exactly what I needed – both pedals cleaned and greased.
To be honest I am a bit surprise how much dirt got inside within a year.
Now I know how so will do it more often 🙂

    Cheers
