do you own? I know it's probably been covered and the answer is obviously (n+1) but that aside, how many bikes do you currently have in your collection?

3 in total, road bike, trail bike & DH bike. Trouble is my wife has the same! Oh, and we share an old BMX as a pub/shop bike.

Hmmmmmm, I have a couple of frames, forks, disks, wheels, shocks etc. Maybe we can set up some kind of swap shop to get these random components being used. Seems a shame to have them sitting gathering dust!

Recently gone down to just one due to money being tight and the fact that the full suss just wasn't getting used, new BFe frame yesterday (replaces a BFe but gone down a size), i'm happy with it for all the riding it does from xc to full on dh, not the fastest or comfiest tool for the job but it's certainly got the fun factor for me.

4 plus a frame.

Let's see, 1 bed studio flat, me and the gf living here, how many do you think I could get away with?
I spy 2 here...
And one hiding behind the sofa!
No weeding /fence painting required. Might need a tidy up though. Or I could go for a ride.

Rusty Spanner, on here:

Can't access my account to link photo for some reason...
Currently in BBQ guise, but has a wicker basket that drops in instead. A good laugh for gentle summer picnic rides with the basket on!How does anyone bring themselves to sell them? When I look at how much I paid for my bikes and the second hand value/emotional attachement I can't do it. Reading this thread I'm not the only one!

"4 + 1 frame" +1
Classic Inbred, C'dale Prophet (broken), C'dale Gemini, SC Superlight & Marin MV (06) frame in the loft.
Inbred get ridden the least.

just the one, for now.......

2 but am thinking of getting rid of the full sus as I do like riding it, but I can't see much use for sofa-like 7" of travel on the kind of trails I normally ride (Woburn dh stuff mainly but also Cannock and FOD). Was great for Whistler but too much for pretty much everything I'd normally ride..
Ideally I'll eventually have a road bike, a decent all rounder hardtail mtb (or maybe short travel fs) and a bmx
Don't like redundancy and living in the east midlands and having 2 mtbs that can only get used at weekends seems a bit silly to me.
