Two and a bit,

Marin Attack Trail - so cheap i couldn't really say no ๐Ÿ™‚
Spec Hardrock (set up to ride to work)
Cube LTD Race (currently in bits)

Have probably got enough parts to get the Cube up and running but some of the bits are a little tempramental and/or rubbish

Blur LTc,
Orange 224,
Trek Madone 5.9.

At my height I had 7, but am constantly struggling with the notion of upping the number again... Problem is I miss the bikes I have sold in the past, and if I could get them back in the exact condition they were in when I sold them I would...

... And I would love a carbon 29er...

... And I'm saving for a mx bike ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Four usable at the moment

Giant Trance X
Ragley Mmmbop
Gary Fisher Artemis (still assembled)
Whyte Kings Cross

The Whyte replaces the GF as the all purpose bike, which will be disassembled into the parts bin. There are four other bikes for the rest of the Family.

Me and Her are level pegging on 4 each (although her folding one apparently "doesn't count"). And enough tyres for 10x that number of bikes.

Salsa El Mariachi ti 29er
Salsa Selma Scandium 29er
Salsa Ala Carte ti race bike
Salsa Ala Carte steel rigid
Specialized Tarmac SL3
Giant Bowery

Had a full sus but just wasn't using it. I enjoy riding the rigid steel bike the most, it just makes everything that much more challenging. Fun times.

4 all usable

Dialled PA
S-works Enduro 04
Fully rigid 90's Hardrock (childseat + Trailer puller)
MTB Tandems Fandango

Hardrock is not used much now, will go next year, riding with 1 in the child seat and 2 in the trailer is hard work. Not sure if this will work next year as they will be too big.
Tandem would be used, if only someone else looked after all the kids
PA is number 1 bike.

5... DH bike, big full suss, hardtail, commuter, BMX. (the BMX never gets ridden- its whole purpose is to stop me from buying a BMX)

Just went N-1 and dismantled a bike without any intention of replacing it. This is not normal.
