Having completed the SDW 100 on the 30th July, I want to do it again on the 14th August (like to do it in under 14 hrs this time.)

I’ve just got my legs back after the 30th’s attempt, and fancy a bit of an outing (no not *that* sort of outing!)

Any comments on how far / long I could go out over the next week or so without draining myself…
