    I've searched the forum on how to do this but I can't seem to find an answer. Id be very grateful is someone could enlighten me.

    click on the pic
    click on 'all sizes'
    scroll down to 'grab the photos URL' (.jpg)
    copy

    STW
    click IMG button
    paste

    There's a great little 'greasemonkey' add-on for Firefox that does it for you. Can't remember how I got it but I'm sure googling will help.

    the grease monkey script is phorumr – it changes the size of hotlinked thumbnails rather than does it for you.

    dont know about flikr but on photobucket you dont need the img button to post pics as they are allready on the url, just copy and paste the url into the post
