Right click in an image on the web page and select copy IMAGE location.

Then in the post click IMG button then paste the link into the box

you don't 'download' or 'upload' anything.

go and find a picture you want to show us, right-click over it, and you'll get and option to 'copy image location'…

when you post a message, you get a load of buttons above the text box, they're somewhere up there ^.

one in the middle has three letters 'IMG' – click on that, and you get a little box, press and hold the 'ctrl' button, and then press V. you've just pasted the image location. you should see a load of code appear in the main message text box.
