I’ve got new bearings but how do I get the old ones out? I’ve removed the plastic shield on the outside that covers the sealed bearings now I just need to remove the bearings. Any ideas?

Leave the cups in the frame(so you have something solid to hold onto),hold the BB assembly in a pan of boiling water for a minute or so to allow the cups to expand more than the bearings, and then use a large hammer and drift to knock them out from the other side of the BB.

    or

put the cups and brgs in the oven at 100 deg wait a while then tap them out.
