  • How can I send money using a Mastercard to pay for goods?

Hi – I’m in the process of buying a car from a secondhand dealer, I was going to use my Mastercard to pay but he doesn’t accept cards coz of the fees. I have his current acount details but I can’t see a way of transfering the funds directly to him. He doesn’t use Paypal. Any ideas? I don’t have a spare £2500 to give him directly.

Can I use Western Union? Should I?

    All advice much appreciated.

Credit card cheque. ask your card company if they do them.

They stopped last year by the looks of things.

Go to your bank and get cash out on your CC

    Usually high fees though

TBH – I’d just go to a proper dealer and get another car
