I gave mine to my local engineer chap (he rides an Orange 5) and he sort of drilled it out somehow.

    Happy to help.

Can you do us a picture? Last time I remember a thread like this the guy had centre lock rotors which look remarkably similar to 6 bolt rotors except the instead of bolts you get fasteners that look like the heads have been removed.

If you can’t do a picture then are they shimano? Did they come on the bike or did you put them on yourself?

Are they rounded allen key heads?

If so, take a torx fitting & drive into the bolt head, should then enable removal – allen key head knackered anyway.

Additional to screwdrive technique above – did this once & still couldn’t undo…so I used a set of molegrips on top of the screwdriver to enable greater leverage – worked a treat.

Last time I just sawed 2 sides parallel to each other into the bolts so mol-grips could clamp round them and hey presto, easy off!
