i run an Airbike SL1 on my bars and use this as my head torch.

The battery is an old but good BLT grenade pack which is 4500 mAmp NiMH.
the bulb is a 6v 20w one but i'm not sure if its a good one or a crap one,or even whether its flood or spot.
The battery is good for at least 1.5 hours and i do have a backup battery just in case..
So is there any simple and cheap ways to make this light better , is there a better bulb i can put straight in or is there a simple led conversion that would work…or even better as i'm crap at this sort of stuff anyone who would do me a conversion..
Remember its 6v…and i don't really want to make the battery redundant..
Any suggestions???

Two 900 lumen LED torches, couple of spare batteries, attached with big thick laggy bands pilfered from work???!

(will probably be cheaper than upgrading kit to work with specific batteries)
