I need to find someones DOB and all i have is their name and a rough year that they were born. Anyone know a way of finding their DOB. For free if possible as i've already spent £10 with 192.com and not managed to find it, any ideas?

asking them's not possible, i need to do it without them knowing. Need it for the police/social workers.

If the police/social workers really want to know it, they can find that out themselves, they won't need it from you.

Go through their bins. A wealth of information can be gathered this way, for instance, I now know that Sienna Miller likes coco pops and Cheryl Cole has recently had her application approved to join the BNP.

I would suggest giving the police contact details of their payroll dept (I am assuming they are a carer or similar) they will release the info with the right authorisation.
