Anyone ride in St. Leonards Forest? If so, don't suppose you could give me a few directions to help my exploration?

I'll be coming from East Grinstead along the Worth way via Tilgate forest.

if you post another time ill show you,im in three brigdes and do that ride 2/3 times a month,weekdays or weekends,maybe next thursday

Is there a particular place to enter the forest to find the best trails?
