I recently tried this one and found it a bit sweet so diluted it a bit more and it's ok. What's yours?

    Per 1 lite of water
Third of a cup of Fructose (lower GI than Glucose, but rather more expensive)
    Quarter teaspoon salt
Big Splash of Robinson Barley Water (Strawberry I think)

Try half litre orange juice, half litre water, pinch of salt.

    Does the job.

Ahh now a winter night-ride warmer needs to be hot Jagertee or hot whisky and orange – take a small flask – absolutely superb mid-ride tipple. It also heightens the fear of zombies.

Use Maltodextrin / fructose in something like a 3:1 ratio. Add suitable flavours…
