    The original proper names (of which Telegraph is the only one more or less left of the 3) were all song titles.

    When I first rode them, about ’01 or ’02:

    Yogs = Parklife
    BKB = Golden Birdies

    & Telegraph Road

    Bkb was known as goldies at the same time it was being built. Summer Lightning used to be called Beckys Sweaty Bush on a Stick.!

    Oh Ive heard people using the old names, I was wondering what they where going on about, Thats why I thought there was so many more trails on holmbury.

    lol Jake.

    I find the naming culture and the changes quite endearing, though I still prefer the old names. I went away in 2004 before the new names were in use, came back in 2011 and it had all changed in my absence. It was quite a shock.
