    Hey folks,

I am planning on taking the clan down to Cornwall in the summer and wondered what I can get the younguns doing (they are 7 and 9)? I was thinking of getting them kayaking – they havent had much water activity as we are based in London – so was thinking of taking them to a kayaking cornwall training place first.

Do you think that a morning’s training would be enought to then hire some kayaks and then spend a day going down a river? I’m keen for them to have some proper training (they’ll listen to an expert better than us parents!) but would a morning be enough? They are pretty good kids, but advice appreciated. Dont really want to spend too much on activities – not if we can hire the kit and do it ourselves.

Also what other activites would you recommend for a family hol to Cornwall? We are of course taking the bikes!!

    Thanks,
    Vicky
