    SONY Over your budget I know but it’s got DAB too and is a very good price.

    Get the iLuv and use the alarm app on your iPhone- I have this by my bed and it’s ace. Also have the Bose which has a great sound but is over budget although you may be able to pick one up on ebay or the like…
