Bike-Components.de, Roseversand.com and action-sports.de are the three I've used, recommend them all.

Not sure Germany is the place to go for that sort of purchase.

Very cheap eg 2011 Reverb for 171 quid delivered but they do charge 10 euro delivery and 5 euro CC fee on all orders.
