    Any heating engineeers out there?
I’m in the process of splitting a four-bed flat into two one-bed flats.
The first floor has a mains gas supply, but the cost of having a second supply to the second floor looks prohibitive and involves digging up the middle of Hebden Bridge.
We’ve been looking at going all-electric, does anyone have any real world experience/recommendations for these things?
It’s only got to feed a bath/shower, a sink and a washing machine, plus existing radiators.
    Ta in advance.

Still awaiting the quote from British Gas, but they do a ‘standard’ installation cost, the non-standard.
Needless to say, ours is classed as the latter according to the engineer.
But if it’s 700, I’ll snap their hand off, obviously.

The majority of new build flats seem to be all electric these days
