Hmmm - to be honest I always stay at Ballater which is not far away mainly because of the issues already mentioned - there's nothing open after 7PM

I live in Ballater and its worth the drive to Braemar for a change of scenery, but yes Ballater has more to offer then a pee and a postcard.
