Thinking of doing an X-bike routine CD for local X-Bike class. Routines are good but music varies 😉
Music is easy part …
We normally do a pretty hard – short rest to interval sessions and lasts 30 mins with 3 min warm up and 3min warm down.
Anyone with any ready made routine I could put to music which includes the usual sprints, seated climbs, long unseated climbs and unseated sprints and a few other bits thrown in?
