Has anyone ever had any detailed information back from Halfords in response to questions asked? Looking at a new bike through cycle to work (GT Aggressor Elite) and was wondering the turnaround time in their responses. So far I've called their 'help' line three times and posted a couple of questions on their site, but they seem to be devoid of any information whatsoever.
Just looking for frame geometry on the 18", I'm wondering whether to get it or something else totally different from elsewhere. The Maxle Revs are the deal clincher I reckon, if the bike turns out to be a barge I can donate everything else onto a new frame.
