Can anyone recommend a log cabin holiday park near a trail centre?

We’re looking to get away for half term and somewhere close to a trail centre would be ideal.

Any part of the UK will do.

Are these any good near Afan? http://www.brynbettws.com/the-cabins/

Depends where you want to go I guess!

There are some good lodges at Bassenthwaite in the Lakes (http://www.blll.co.uk) which are handy for Dodd Wood / Skiddaw trails and Whinlatter is across the Lake (10 minutes by A66)

Keldy Cabins on the North Yorkshire Moors seem popular (get lots of people at work coming in who are staying there and they seem very positive about them).

Close to Dalby too, plus seaside etc for kids and also lots of riding on the moors too

Can’t remember the name but there is one near Rockcliffe in Dumfires and Galloway that is very handy for the 7 Stanes and Dalbeatie. Its also close to a gorgeous beach.
