    So I still have the remains of man flu but I was going stir-crazy sat infront the tv ! I managed 48km and 436m of climbing on back lanes and cycle paths, so I guess im on the mend, that said im aching all over… Comments ?

    I like your house but it’d look better with a load of sequenced flashing christmas lights stuck to the front of it.

    Nice to see some knottie8 pics. House looks a bit like Barrington Court but you’d struggle to get that and Donyatt in a 48km loop.

    much as I love riding my road bike Im heading to the qs tomorrow to get my SS dirty . I hope my body can cope….
