    As per title, has anyone used these for hiking/travelling?

    Yes Me.

    I like the Haglofs stuff, found the trews to be most comfortable and easy wick/drying, yours got the zip pockets? Mine have extra pockets on the thighs and I’ve found that most useful.

    Norrona another brand I really like, bit more Norwegian and warmer in build, do some excellent Winter walking trews and do a range of MTB stuff too.

    The ones I’ve just bought have the zip pockets. I’ll be carrying a day sack all the time so not overly bothered about extra storage. The comfort and easy wick is precisely what I need though.
