    A couple of weeks ago my wife organised a guided ride round the forest of dean for my b'day.

    Guide on the day was
    Richard Heath (clicky), who took us on a 30mile loop with a pub stop. Some great riding, techy decents, muddy singletrack etc. Lots of stuff we wouldn't have found on our own. So just like to say thanks, and recommend him to anyone who might be visiting the area.
