Can anyone point me in the direction of any decent resources to show me how to bleed Shimano disc brakes?

I’ve checked out the Shimano and Park Tool videos, but they use allsorts of pricey bespoke tools that I’m too tight to buy!

    Thanks in advance.

    ebay: buy 2 x 50ml syriges.

and some clear plastic tubing – the stuff you get for car windscreen washers is good.

you’ll need about 100mm for each syringe.

fill one syringe with oil, and attach it to the bleed nipple, open the nipple 1half turn, push some oil into the system, pull a little bit out.

continue pushing and pulling-a-bit until you think you’re done, use the other syringe to ‘hoover’ excess oil from the reservoir at the lever.
