The internet doesn't seem to be great on this one so how does one go about grilling pork kidneys? How long for and any suggestions for how to dress them? Also do I need to do any prep for them, like removing anything or owt?

Remove from pig before cooking, that's about as far as I go.

Make sure the grill is turned on.

Step 1: remove kidneys from packaging
Step 2: place kidneys in bin
Step 3: make bangers and mash instead
Grilled pork kidneys? *bowk*
Step 1: remove kidneys from packaging
Step 2: turn on grill
Step 3: place Kidneys on grill pan and cook for 2 mins either side.

Throw in bin/give to dog, then go and get some lamb's kidneys, come back on here and I'll tell you how to cook them...
Pig's kidneys are rank. Pigs eat owt, whereas sheeps eat just grass. Meaning pig's kidneys filter all sorts of muck. Eeeuuuw!
If you eat them you WILL get bottom worms.
