I have just been back to see the surgeon to discuss my next operation and whether or not I needed both the ACL and PCL ligaments reconstructed as first thought, only to be told I don't need an op at all. The previous op went well and they discovered that the rupture to the PCl was just surface tears and although it is over stretched I should be able to to get back up to fitness by gradually building up the muscles to take over.
So to put in these slow steady miles I thought a roller would be a good purchase:
Has anyone out there used one?
What did you think?
Are they noisy?
Who makes good ones and who should I avoid?
