Had a coaching session with Jedi (UK Bike Skills) today.
Conditions were great and the coaching was even better!!
Thanks Tony, will be booking next session very soon!
And I can't wait to get back out on the Genius tmrw

Jedi - I did go out on Sunday! Rode my usual trails and found i was riding faster and more controlled! Also rode the dual slalom to practise my pumping!!
