I've just spent the day with "Roch Valley Raiders"/Heywood BMX & Mountain Bike Club. They have a fantastic new track in Queens Park and i've spent the day getting kids on bikes, fitting them with helmets etc and signing them up to the club.
Although it was part of my volunteer work to fund my CTC training courses i really, really enjoyed working with the kids.

I'm definitely going back and i'm really looking forward to it!
