TJ, yeah tried googling but all the download "options" take us to various subscription sites that probably can't supply it anyway.

@ Jamie, will buy you a pint, but the fonts in that file aren't the ones needed – they're a different cut to the Berthold version. I'm a bit of a nonce when it comes to fonts and the likes, sorry.
