A whopping 50 minutes to an hour. So I thought I might turbo in the morning. A little warm up then s twenty minute blast.
Now I’m not sure if that would help with my fitness?
    worth it?

    Of course it could.

5 turbo sessions a week would kill me though.

It’s a good plan if you can stick to it.

Whats the goal, whats the motivation and when will you rest ?

My winter training is 2 or 3 1 hour sessions a week on a turbo ((and weekend rides).

Suits me well although a 20 minute warm up is quite long I do 10.

Using TrainerRoad would be an effective use of that time?

@ bikebouy, I have a desk job now. Before it was 7am to gone 5pm on my feet. That wasn’t cycle friendly at all. But no real plan, just fighting age and all that weight I gained last year when I didn’t race. All that audax made me slow and fat.

Can you cycle to/from work and treat that as part of your training regime?

Works just over a mile away.

Perfect then, plan a nice circuitous route or two.
