    Little bit of off road.
    Never had any issues, can probably bang out 6 miles straight away.

    I’ve used Pegasus for the last 12 years but couldnt bring myself to pay the £90 for this this years version, they also don’t seem quite as sturdy as previous years.
    So I found some addidas Duramo TR ( trail) which are a strong shoe, available in half sizes and cost me £32 from your fave zero hours sports shop.
    No quicker or slower than the old shoes.
