Been trying to get through to the Glentress Hotel without much success. Where else comes recommended? Cheap and cheerful is fine, so long as the breakfast is good.

Possibly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. Room was filthy, staff hated that we'd booked online, food was mediocre at best. Stay away!!!!

After managing to pick 5-6 great B&B's all over Scotland for our trip this was a real let down.

I've known Mrs Muir for about 30 years, Once when going to help her move furniture at the house, she answered the door and spoke to my mate and I,….in German for the next 2 hours.
