Does anyone own or ridden the above MTB ?

looking at getting one, or another in at around the £700 mark any advice would be good

We have a Talon 1W 2013 model. It’s light, well-specced and my son likes it. What would you like to know? Since it’s an XS, I can’t really comment on the ride as it is two sizes too small for me. It is his first bike with air shocks (Rekon Gold and remote lockout). If you are looking at discount sites, you may find the Talon 1 down to that price now, particularly as Giant have switched wheel sizes 😉

I would get the new 2014 talon with the 27.5 wheels..
