    So, the bike was firmly strapped in the back of the car.

    Sadly, the Ikea bag of spare clothes, topped by my nice new sweatshirt, was not.

    Got home to find my nice new sweatshirt now looks like an oily rag. Any guaranteed top tips for getting it out?

    Muc-off motorcycle degreaser
    Spray it on directly, let it soak, give it a light scrub and reapply
    Wash

    Use vegetable oil to dissolve the oil 1st before using a detergent
