    Last night while doing sprints I felt a "pinging" sensation in my right calf. Couldn't put any weight on my leg so did the "rice" thing. Bit better this morning, I can hobble. Now I'm wondering, weather it's worth getting it checked out. What do you reckon?

    what? well if it hurts get it checked. Probably just muscle or tendon strain. Did you warm up?

    I had warmed up, but had probably overdone the cycling at the weekend and the legs were still tired.

    Still sore but don't think there's much that can be done.

    keep taking the ibrubrofen and if it's no better after 3 or 4 days then go and see the doc.

    I knackered soemthing in my knee in October and I haven't even got an initial appointment with the hospital to get it examined yet so if you do go and see your GP don't expect anything to actually happen as a result.
