Garmin eTrex, more questions, saving tracks ?

OK, so i have got mapping software to download\upload to the GPS before\after a ride, which is all well and good and working fine.

But is there any software out there to save the track files too for reviewing times, distances, height climbed and all the other useful info the unit records etc. etc.

Garmin training center or sporttracks (google it - on my phone at mo)

Any chance of a bit of help here,

Got a Etrex H and it works fine with a direct link to memory map. But I have used bikehike, or GPS easy for routes not on the memory map and I cannot seem to load them as a route I can follow.

Any advice ?

Dave40 - have you tried importing the GPX filesfrom bike hike etc. Into mm, convert to route and then upload from there?
