When I put my ANT+ into the USB port I get an error message saying it has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.
Last time I tried to use it I had no problems, but I have used my phone for Strava recently so the ANT+ has been sat unused for a few months.

Is there anything I can do or is a replacement needed?

Have you got Garmin express running in the background? Its screw mine up on my Mac, turn it off and the USB stick is fine. Have a look at task manager, there’s two process – the obvious one and one called something like “geographical” something or other or similar.

Had the same problem and cant remember what i did!

I googled the issue using the notification that was popping up and found that it was a common issue. Soon sorted!

    Good luck!

Theres an odd procedure for installing it (not plug’n’play), the garmin site has the details. Once its done the first time its fine.
