Anyone got any advice for comfy FF for a melon head?

With normal helmets XL 62cm/63 ish is fine but a FF that is big enough alludes me.

Had a fox in XL but was too tight around the cheekbones, tried on a giro remedy as they are supposed to be big but still too tight.

Any other suggestions? Or will I have to get a XXL Moto X lid?

Try a Bell Drop or whatever the new version is called. I’m normally large/xl – it’s the first time I’ve ever been a medium in any helmet!

Just out of interest steezysix are you large/xl with other Bell helmets?

My head is so big I need to notify NASA if I go outside at night. The only ff lid I have tried which fits well is Troy lee. I’ve got a d2 and it is perfect.

Giro Remedy is easily the most cavernous out there…I also have a big bonce!

Mine is massive (nicknamed “The Heed” at one place I worked) and the only FF hat that fitted me was a Giro Remedy, if thats too small God help you! 😀

I couldn’t say, never had a Bell open face helmet – the large Giro Feature fits me well though, if that’s any help.

Spesh deviant is pretty big, well big enough for me! Ride with a large giro feature the rest of the time.

i too have a large head and find the Troy lee D2/D3 fits me best. super comfy in fact. the down side is they aint cheap.

Giro feature is my normal helmet so good for reference, need to try a TLD I think…

I had an XL ‘THE’ lid and it was a bit small

My XL D3 fits perfect. as does my mates fox rampage carbon thingy.
