    awww no ones biting TLR

Horses for courses innit, you can ride any bike down any course, full sus just lets you go a bit quicker through really bumpy stuff.

    oohoh oohhh

I rode my HT for 1st time in months yesterday. Christ my lower back hurt like I’d been kicked in the kidneys! I’ve got lazy and sit down too much.

The frame is built like a brick sheet house. It’s more stable at low speed though. The TORA fork is fairly insensitive but noticeably less wibbly than the Fox on the FS – but it weighs a ton. Want a decent HT frame now.

yeah I deserve a treat. I could blow my miniscule pay rise on it! [not that I’m ungrateful for it as we’ve had a pay freeze]

I’ve just built up a hardtail for commuting and general use as a second bike. Haven’t ridden a HT for years and it’s absolutely great! Good to have the coice of bike to suit mood / conditions / terrain, etc.
