Bit of a long shot, but having scoured various websites and not found what we want I thought I’d ask here just in case someone had stayed somewhere suitable.

Looking for a holiday let in France for July. It can be pretty much anywhere in France but needs to fulfil the following criteria:

Space for 13 adults (6 couples, 1 single), 5 children + 1 infant
Swimming pool
Decent amount of indoor and outdoor space
Preferably in or within walking distance of somewhere with shops / restaurant / bar
Within easy reach of an airport or TGV line
Max budget £4k for 7 nights

In a perfect world it would be near some decent MTBing, but I’d settle for somewhere with nice road riding (plus nobody else going cares, so not too important).

(We just booked accomodation via both of those sites, seems great so far)
(We also did an en-masse holiday before, and found a place with two Gites 50m apart, and booked both)

Try AirBnB, I found it via a recommendation on here. Can’t recommend anywhere personally but I’d have a look at owners direct.

Nice one. That homeaway site turned up a few contenders. Now to run them past SWMBO and the people coming with kids to be told why none of them are suitable!
