    As per the title really, once the rear cassette is removed how do you remove the freehub or can't you it's a Specialized stout if it helps

    Can only comment for Shimano XT hubs.

    Freehub is secured by an allen key screw down the middle.

    Quite large, 12mm from memory, if you hold it up to the light or use a torch you will be able to tell if yours is secured the same way.

    Yeah cheers, just worked it out but as I've not got one big enough it looks like a lbs jobbie
