I have bought a Patriot frame from fleebay with the intention of doing regular frame swaps between that and the donor which is a P7 pro. I chose a Patriot with coil mainly for Alps use and because the mech and seat post will all fit. I have a headset on each frame, so really I thought swapping over would be simple. The only thing is to do it right I need to route the back break and gear cable. Is there a simple way to do this, or do I lash them to the swing arms or buy duplicates.

guide the outer / hose through using a bit or wire e.g. a coat hanger

    push the wire through
push the outer / hose on the end of the wire
    pull it through
    swear
    repeat until done

Lash it too the swing arm, or better still, buy a new rear break set up for the patriot and route it properly, and also buy a new gear out and route that properly
