Moss on tiles, untidy plank on the floor, flowers need dead-heading, weeds in patio etc. – I am not allowed on ladders so cannot de-moss the roof. I will tell MrsWCA. Dead heading flowers definitely falls under her remit. I will take the blame for the plank 🙁

Rendered house? Get it rendered with a moulded WCA body shape in it, ‘mid crash’ for final effect.
