So today I thought I'd sort a few problems on the bike, instead I created one. I took off the cap from my fox air forks and cleaned all the grit and crap out, much smoother. Thought i'd do the same with the rear and noticed that the rebound adjuster would hardly move, I couldn't turn it at all! The bike is only 6 months old if that so took off the pro pedal switch, cleaned out a bit of grit but it still wouldn't move. Sprayed it with a bit of GT85, no good. So took out one of the grub screws on the side to see the red shaft, undid the top grub screw and pulled a bit, the whole adjuster came out! I think at this point a small bearing and spring came out, I didn't actually see but this is from what I've read. Found the tiny tiny bearing but no spring as of yet.
The adjuster goes back in but not quite fully, I now can't pull it out all the way either. There is about 10mm left where it needs to be pushed in more but can't do it at all. Any ideas??
Need to get this sorted, off to Wales next weekend

and this is how far it will go in, not quite far enough

Any help much appreciated
