Just got some new Van r’s to replace my creaking Lyriks. All my Rock shox have been pretty dry from new and needed a lower lube service before riding, what are fox like from new? Thanks in advance.

Store the bike upside down if you can to keep the upper bushes lubed, you will have to cycle them a few times to bleed the air out the damper if they are open bath ones afterwards though.
