    Calling all fox fork geeks!

I’ve currently run a pair of 2011 Float 36’s (160mm) which are great but… I’ve got the opportunity to purchase a pair of BNIB 2010 Float 36’s for £350. The only difference is that the 2010 is the RC2 version, and my current fork is the stock (OEM) version without compression dampening. Question is, is the 2010 Float likely to be the FIT cartridge, and will it transfer over easily enough to the 2011 fork?

(I know there will be a host of questions as to why do it this way when I could just swop forks but there is a method to my madness, trust me!)

    Cheers.

Why would you want to swap?

MOJO do a FIT upgrade which is suprisingly cheep with a service which will probably be cheeper unless you plan on selling the bodged open bath forks afterwards?

As I said, there’s a method in my madness. I’m keeping the 2010 forks for another bike, but they won’t really need the FIT cartridge (hardcore hardtail), whereas I think the FIT would compliment the rear of the Alpine 160 much better.
