I took them apart after they stopped getting full travel, checked the scraper seal, put new oil in and rebuilt with some low friction seals.
They now top out harshly, even at lower pressures, rebound is working, but wont go as slow as I would like. The issue is only really noticable when lifting the front wheel after compression, like manualling or jumping.

There is enough oil in the damper, I have cycled the damper while turnng the rebound many times.

Any ideas? I’m wondering if there is a top out spring on the air side
    that’s been misplaced?!

    No takers?

Just been searching and on this air spring service guide it says to release the trapped air as you replace the air spring! I defo didn’t do this, could it be the cause?
