My 32’s dont lockout when you turn the lockoutr dial. They firm up but not lockout, whats the cause?

do they have the lockout threshold adjuster on the bottom ?

Will be broken! I had to send mine to mojo and they stripped down and replaced the lock out mechanism in the top of the right leg.

The most likely cause is the base valve at the bottom of the damper cartridge, fairly quick job to fix it with a new assembly at around £20/25 for parts.
You can send just the damper cart in for the repair by me if you like or if they’re under a year old return for a warranty inspection to Mojo.
Have had a few of the Gen. 3 OB RL carts. in with jammed base valves.
